Tickets Sales have ended.

But, here are some options:

1) you can still buy raffle tickets online here up to Saturday 3/1/2025 9am.  Use the Buy Tickets menu above.

2) After Saturday morning you can purchase raffle tickets online through the Bidding Website you will be sent on Friday.

3) You can also make donations online here if you prefer on this site up to Sunday 3/2/2025.

4) And you can always buy raffle tickets from the cashier at the event up to 1 hour prior to the drawing

The Gala Committee appreciates all the hard work our volunteers, sponsors, faculty, staff at the church and school have put into this Gala.

We also appreciate all the donations, sponsorships, attendees, and connections that we have made along the way to plan the best fundraising party.  If you were not able to attend, this was only our 26th annual gala and we have many more to go you may attend.

Welcome to the St. John the Baptist Catholic School “KreweSader Ball” benefit gala website! Here, you can register for our exciting Mardi Gras themed gala on Saturday, March 1st, 2025, at the Von Braun Center – Saturn Ballroom at 5:30 pm.

Registration: Sign up by entering your attendee names and meal choices. If you don't know who will be attending yet, you can still register and update the attendee names and meal choices later. Just make sure to use the Group Name entry if you're attending with a group, so we can ensure you're seated together. Each table seats 8 people.

Event Details: Find all the information about the event under the Info sub-menu, including admission prices and game prices. A schedule will be posted as we get closer to March 1st. You can also purchase game and drink tickets on this site before or at the event. All proceeds go to support our school, including 100% of the tips to the dueling piano players.

Entertainment: Enjoy a preview of the dueling pianos show during dinner, followed by games, prizes, and a raffle. It's going to be a night full of fun and excitement!  Then once the prizes are awarded for all the games and the $10k raffle, join us for a post dinner dueling piano show that will have you gut laughing by the end of the night.  You will want to stay longer for this gala.

Volunteer and Donations and Sponsorships: We need volunteers for setup and cleanup, and donations for auction baskets and sponsorships. Sign up on our website to contribute.

You can find details about the event, how to register, and what to expect. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us through the website.
