Help make this year's Gala a huge success by donating an item to be used in our Silent and Live Auctions. Great auction items include things like: electronics, jewelry, gift cards, weekend get-aways, vacation rentals, unique experiences, and more! We are also seeking donations of Wine for our Wine Wheel and Top-Shelf Liquor for our Plinko game. Donating a nice bottle of wine or liquor is an easy way to help the school and make Gala a fun and exciting event!

Item Drop-Off Information

Gala Chairs will be available during Friday morning drop-off in the lower church parking lot from approximately 7:30 am - 8:15 am. Alternative drop-off times can be arranged by contacting the chairs at:  GalaChairs@benefitgala.info.

Please download, print, and complete the donation form above and bring it with you when dropping off your donation. This form helps to ensure that you receive a tax receipt for your donation and helps our volunteers immensely with getting auction items catalogued in the auction system. Thank you for your help!

Announcements:

Tickets are now on sale for all parties.

1) For parents of students at St John the Baptist Catholic School, you should have your invitation by now.  You should also have your raffle tickets for you to sell to family, friends, or neighbors by now.  Don't lose them. If you don't have it already, you are in the right place anyway, so go ahead and buy admission, bundles, and raffle tickets.

2) Instructions are on the envelop containing the raffle tickets.  Filled out raffle tickets can be returned to the school office with payment via cash, check or online payment on this website. (If paying online, print the payment proof from this website and attach to the raffle ticket to the printed payment).

3) Invitations have also been sent to Faculty and Staff of the School and Staff of the church. Please keep them in safe keeping until you decide to attend and buy tickets.

3) For St Johns & Mercy Parish members, postcard Invitations will also being sent the week of January 2nd through via postal mail to St John's.  You can still purchase tickets now  even before you receive an invitation. Note: We are using addresses as provided by St John's & Mercy Parishes on October 2024.

4) If you do not receive your invitation in a timely manner, you can still purchase admission even if you have not received the invitation.
