Registration FAQs

1) Attendees not known?: If you do not know all your attendees yet,  just enter one attendees' name and information and put TBD for the rest of the attendees.  We will send a link to you at a later date to enter your attendees.  Or you can send that link to your attendees to fill out.

2) Convenience Charge: The school is charged by this software a 4% convenience charge for you to use your credit card here, plus other fees for this wonderful platform called Greater Giving.  It allows us to have fewer volunteers and streamlines our processes.  We have made it optional in hopes of encouraging more purchases.  Please either consider clicking to donate the optional convenience charge or making extra purchases for the good of the school in other ways.  This nights mission is about fundraising, philanthropy, a little fun bidding against each other,  interacting with the dueling piano show, and its about the goodness of our hearts.

3) GROUP NAME: The Group Name is highly recommended this year.  The purpose of this is to help us associate all the attendees to a shared table.  This will help us make sure everyone is placed at the right table together.  Each attendee needs to know what the group name will be.  You can use your company name or any creative name as long as everyone enters the same spelling; share the group name spelling with your attendees before they signup.  We recommend that new families who aren't sure who to sit with use any of their child's grades and we will place you at a table with people of that grade.  Please use "K4 Grade", "K5 Grade", "1st Grade", "2nd Grade", ... "8th Grade" nomenclature.  Yes you can do "K4, 2nd, 3rd Grade"  if you have multiple kids and we will make the pick for you.

Announcements:

Tickets are now on sale for all parties.

1) For parents of students at St John the Baptist Catholic School, you should have your invitation by now.  You should also have your raffle tickets for you to sell to family, friends, or neighbors by now.  Don't lose them. If you don't have it already, you are in the right place anyway, so go ahead and buy admission, bundles, and raffle tickets.

2) Instructions are on the envelop containing the raffle tickets.  Filled out raffle tickets can be returned to the school office with payment via cash, check or online payment on this website. (If paying online, print the payment proof from this website and attach to the raffle ticket to the printed payment).

3) Invitations have also been sent to Faculty and Staff of the School and Staff of the church. Please keep them in safe keeping until you decide to attend and buy tickets.

3) For St Johns & Mercy Parish members, postcard Invitations will also being sent the week of January 2nd through via postal mail to St John's.  You can still purchase tickets now  even before you receive an invitation. Note: We are using addresses as provided by St John's & Mercy Parishes on October 2024.

4) If you do not receive your invitation in a timely manner, you can still purchase admission even if you have not received the invitation.
