Please use this form to choose which sponsorship level you and / or your organization or company would like to sponsor.

Sponsoring the St. John's Gala is a great way to directly impact school, while getting your company or organization visibility to our loyal event supporters, and participating within your local or regional community. Our event is attended by upwards of 500 in-person attendees, and our virtual silent auction reaches even more across the country. St. John's is an accredited non-profit Pre-K-8 school located in Madison, Alabama.  Your donation is fully tax deductible (excluding the dinner value of $80 per included admission).   (Federal Tax ID 86-3952393)

This year St. John’s will host a Mardi Gras themed event with interactive dueling pianos for an evening of entertainment, dining, drinks, games, silent and live auctions!

All funds raised from the Benefit Gala directly benefit our students through purchases of technology upgrades, facility improvements and sports equipment. 

Please consider one of our distinct sponsorship opportunities to ensure that we can continue to provide excellence through education for our students.  Our success depends on your generosity.  Our sponsorship opportunities are included on the next page. We would like to secure all sponsorships by February 1, 2025 so we can prepare all the placards and advertising necessary.

To summarize our offerings, we are pleased to offer the following sponsorship levels this year:

  • Executive "Krewe" ($5000) - Table Near Dueling Pianos Includes Dinner, Double the Game or Drink Tickets, Golden Piano Ticket, Advertising Same as Platinum plus more

  • Platinum "Krewe" ($2500) - Table Near Dueling Pianos Includes Dinner, Game or Drink Tickets, Advertising Same as Diamond plus Carline Event Status Thermometer, Plus more, Banner at VBC entrance

  • Diamond "Krewe" ($1500) - Table Includes Dinner, Game or Drink Tickets, Advertising Same as Gold plus dinner table placard & emmcee verbal thank you

  • Gold "Krewe"  ($1000) - Half Table Includes Dinner & Advertising same as Silver

  • Silver "Krewe" ($750) - Advertising in slideshow, social media, event website, event program, company logo  on 24x36 placard near / at games

  • Bronze "Krewe" ($500) - Advertising in slideshow, social media, event website, event program, company logo  on 3x5 placard on/at casino table

  • Friends of St John's ($250) - Company logo in Event Program

I authorize St. John the Baptist School - Alabama to use the credit card entered on the submission page at event St. John's 2025 Annual Benefit Gala. Once the transaction has completed successfully, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address entered.

Registration FAQs

1) Attendees not known?: If you don't know all your attendees yet,  just enter one attendee and put TBD for the rest.  We will send a link to you at a later date to enter your attendees.  Or you can send that link to your attendees to fill out.

 

2) Convenience Charge: There is a 4% convenience charge for credit card use.  If you prefer to send a check, there will be no convenience charge.  Please find the sponsorship form from the documents menu item, then download the form and send it to the address at the bottom of this site or please call or email us and we will pick it up.

 

3) GROUP NAME: The Group Name is highly recommended this year.  The purpose of this is to help us associate all the attendees to shared table.  This will help us make sure everyone is placed at the right table together.  Each attendee needs to know what the group name will be.  You can use your company name or any creative name as long as everyone enters the same spelling.




 

Announcements:

Tickets are now on sale for all parties.

1) For parents of students at St John the Baptist Catholic School, you should have your invitation by now.  You should also have your raffle tickets for you to sell to family, friends, or neighbors by now.  Don't lose them. If you don't have it already, you are in the right place anyway, so go ahead and buy admission, bundles, and raffle tickets.

2) Instructions are on the envelop containing the raffle tickets.  Filled out raffle tickets can be returned to the school office with payment via cash, check or online payment on this website. (If paying online, print the payment proof from this website and attach to the raffle ticket to the printed payment).

3) Invitations have also been sent to Faculty and Staff of the School and Staff of the church. Please keep them in safe keeping until you decide to attend and buy tickets.

3) For St Johns & Mercy Parish members, postcard Invitations will also being sent the week of January 2nd through via postal mail to St John's.  You can still purchase tickets now  even before you receive an invitation. Note: We are using addresses as provided by St John's & Mercy Parishes on October 2024.

4) If you do not receive your invitation in a timely manner, you can still purchase admission even if you have not received the invitation.
